Very professional, efficient, competent and friendly. Ritu done a fantastic job threading my eyebrows, brow henna, eyelash tint, facial wax and Brazilian wax. Ritu helped guide me on specifics and I left feeling like a new woman! I will definitely be returning regularly. Highly recommended for any of your beauty needs.

I found this salon suitable for all my needs in terms of my beauty therapies like - eyebrow threading, waxing, facial and massage. Staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. Rates are reasonable and services are apt. Highly recommend.

My eyebrows are the best they have looked in years! Very particular therapists, pain free threading and perfect henna colour and shape. I also had a lash lift. Better than false lashes!! The therapist moulded every individual lash to curl up resulting in fuller looking lashes. Again, her attention to detail was impressive! I have had these services elsewhere and they didn’t last nearly as long. I would highly recommend this beautifully decorated and clean salon with knowledgeable staff.

Highly recommend Ritu and staff at Beauty Gem. Had a facial today with Ritu the best I’ve ever had, the facial and neck massage was amazing. Also had the head massage and eyebrow threading which was very professional
I’ve had all the above before at other salons, however I would rate Beauty Gem as No 1 Affordable and well worth a visit.

The girls do the very best threading I have ever had, and their facials are absolutely wonderful. I am a regular every month and it’s money very well spent taking care of yourself. Five star service
